hetoday we did a fitness test and i bet some of my results from last time but it was also really hard the ones that i bet was the 30m sprint and the 60m sprint
sit reach is 16 cm
horazontal and vertical jump are 1.25 and 1.38 my horazontal is 25cm
sit ups is 20
30m and 60m sprint is 6 sec for 30m and 13 sec for the 60m
last time for the 30 and 60m sprint i got 7 sec for 30m and 15 for the 60m
