BLOG POST - WELL BEING

 In the last two weeks we have looked at Resilience - Emotional Awareness (understanding emotions) and Impulses. these things mean to control your emotions and to understand to control emotions

Being able to control my emotions in different situations avoids - drama, and any time of sadness and madness, and to stay healthy on well being.

Knowing how to react and respond in situations rather than acting on impulses means that you can control your manners and attitude.

The effect it that these things have on my Social Wellbeing (Taha Whanau) is

kind:

- gain more friends

- people be nice to you

unkind:

- losing friends

people being mean to you
