The girl...

The girls…

Hello my name is veronica I am 11 years old, A person named vanessa was spreading rumors about me so I did it to her and then she challenged me to a fight my friend said don’t do it but I wanted to and so I did.

We started the fight at the courts and then it ended I won but I had a black eye a plaster on my knee and my shoelaces were untied I went to the priceables office and sat there I saw my mum and priceables face they looked like they were scared.

I was so happy that I won and I have a big smile on my face because I got a photo taken of me and I like the picture but I look a tiny bit creepy because I have a black eye a plaster on my knee and my shoelaces  untied.

Attitude Talk


Today we had some people come into my class their names are Emma and Rory, they were really funny they talked about what they have been though and they were really funny when they talked about it here they are. Catfish means that you pretend to be someone and being safe online is when you are not going on something that you are supposed to be on and the dos and don'ts is when you do something that you are not to be on and the dos is when you do something you are allowed.

 Catfish.

It took about 50 minutes and luckily we had a break because my legs were really tired from sitting in the same place, all of the year 7's were there and here are some things I learned.

Take a screenshot of online bullying
and show it to a teacher or a parent.

Be nice online .

Nutritious food

What I learned about food is that a lot of foods have sugar in them and that is not good for your body because it can create a lot of glucose in your body and you can get a heart disease and some other diseases and what I wonder about is that if you already have diabetes what happens if you eat more sugar.

Fitness in the morning

every day we do fitness, fitness is when you go on to the courts.

what we do is:

star jumps (30-40)
burpees (10-20)
squats (10-30)
tuck jumps (10-20)
high knees, but kick and Irish dancing ( when I first heard this one I thought Mr Mitchell made this up or his students)
running (two laps in a circle with the rest of the year 7 and 8)
side stepping (two laps in a circle with the rest of the year 7 and 8)
skipping (two laps in a circle with the rest of the year 7 and 8)
running backwards (two laps in a circle with the rest of the year 7 and 8)


and the team who does the most of them right they win and the losing team get extra fitness like Star jumps or Burpees

Move To Improve

Why have you chosen your project, and what did you hope to achieve 

I chosen this because I wanted to learn about fitness and do it because I want to stay fit and eat healthy.

what are some activities that you would like to do and /or things you would like to learn as part of your passion project?

I would like to learn about what happens to your body when you exercise every day.

what are your results from the fitness tests you have completed today

for the 12 min run I quit but I still did one lap and for the long jump i got 2 something meters and for the 15 shuddles it took me 3 min and for the rest I do not know my score and my 30 meters sprint and my score was 5 sec and my 60 meter one was 11 sec.

For the sit-up test witch is when you do as many sit-ups as possible in 30 seconds and I am average witch means that I can do 16-22 and I did 20 sit-ups and then we went to the courts and we did a zig-zag test it is when you run around cones and you zig-zag my score for my fastest was 12.82 and everyone else bet me because they are year 9 and 10.
