Deforestation is when we chop down trees and we use them to make wooden things and paper

It effects climate because when we breathe out we breathe out carbon dioxide and the trees breathe it in and they breathe out oxygen.

How does ice cap melt effect climate?
It effects it because if all the ice melts then animals that live in salty water will die because it will be less salty.
